S400 2nd Gen Swap Kit for Cummins

DPD hand-fabricated turbo swap kit for Cummins applications, with 304 stainless steel brushed-finish piping and back-purged welds. Choose the Street or Race kit, whether to include a turbo, and the exhaust-manifold package. Fits 2003–2024 model-year trucks. Select your truck's model year when ordering so the kit is built for your application.

Turbo options

Select None for a kit without a turbo, or Yes, include turbo for a kit with a turbo. The available turbo configurations are listed below. A turbo is included only when selected; the kit is not supplied with every turbo listed.

Exhaust manifold and mounting hardware

The existing Exhaust Manifold option offers None or Steed Speed Billet with Manifold Studs. The manifold and its mounting hardware are included only when the manifold package is selected. Choosing None does not include that package. A separate hardware-only option is not currently offered.

Street configuration

• Flexible metal oil drain
• Short intake, described by DPD as a cosmetic difference with the same performance
• Cast turbo outlet elbow with boot connection to the intercooler pipe

Race configuration

• High-flow -12AN oil drain
• Long intake
• One-piece or V-banded intercooler pipe with fabricated turbo outlet elbow; confirm the supplied arrangement before ordering

Preparation time

DPD lists these kits as built to order with a 3–4 week preparation time before shipment. Confirm the current dispatch estimate before scheduling installation.
