7.3 intercooler retrofit: contents and installation planning

Plan for additional installation work: This conversion requires modifying the factory transmission cooler lines or using a 6.0 Powerstroke transmission cooler. Account for the applicable parts and labor when planning your installation. Early-1999 trucks need additional modifications.

KC 6.0 to 7.3 Intercooler Retrofit Kit

Fitment: 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke Super Duty pickups. E99 trucks need some additional modification.

This custom intercooler boot kit allows seamless installation of a 6.0 intercooler into any Super Duty 7.3 Powerstroke, delivering improved cooling performance and efficiency. *Installation of this intercooler on a 7.3 does require the modification of the factory transmission cooler lines or use of a 6.0 Powerstroke transmission cooler.

*Can be installed on a E99 with some modifications.
